Thanks to sustainable digital solutions, we help our clients to manage the different distribution and sales channels in a synergic way. Whether they are physical such as shops or online such as mobile apps or e-commerce, we are aware that when the processes are well integrated, the entire organization benefits in terms of efficiency and productivity, the customer in terms of service quality and purchasing experience, and the planet in terms of reduced inefficiencies, waste and CO2 emissions.

Our approach is « mobile first »: the users can carry out their activities via smartphone, consumer or professional tablet, wherever they are, even without a continuous connection. Store operators carry out operations directly in front of the shelf without the hustle and bustle of the backoffice, agents guide the customer through the purchase process with digital catalogues integrated into the sales application and are in turn guided by the application in the perfect sale (order history, personalised prices promotions, etc.), merchandisers send their findings, including photos, directly to the headquarters, and B2B customers place their orders via an e-commerce platform without having to wait for the agent to visit.
