I am Tania and I divide myself between ‘fashionholic’ and ‘chocoholic’! I have always been passionate about the fashion world and retail in general. Ever since I was a child, I played shop assistant with a fake toy till and sold all my mum’s knick-knacks to my imaginary customers. I then decided that to support my studies, being a shop assistant was a really good way to combine passion and responsibility. Life then brought me to Aton and here I got to know what goes on backstage in stores, in an innovative, international and digital context. I will talk about empathy and innate human skills to manage critical situations in shops, how to ensure business continuity when everything seems to “not work”.
Our experiences told by people, a rebellious point of view because we want to be on the side of customers, people, the environment, building a better future for everyone by rowing together in the same direction.
