Attempted sale is the process of distributing and selling products directly at the point of sale.

We started our consultancy and software development activities in this field because our vocation for mobility matched perfectly with our customers’ objective: to place their products in the right place, at the right time.

Planning, execution and control therefore become fundamental steps in the process and need to be governed automatically, quickly and efficiently.

The experience gained over the years thanks to the trust of customers such as Granarolo, Mila, Soligo, Arborea and Hausbrandt has enabled us to deepen our knowledge of the field and to incorporate distinctive elements into our solutions.

Paperless: digitising documents and reducing paper consumption

It is also possible to integrate functionalities for the management of fiscal sales in order to eliminate or reduce the use of paper and take advantage of all the benefits of electronic document management (delivery notes, sales notes and invoices).

How? Through an android application on a tablet that allows the immediate digitalisation of the document, complete with the recipient’s signature, and its secure transmission (PEC) to a company document management system for archiving the document.

With what benefits? The reduction of paper issuance and ease of retrieval of information.

Management of sales activities, but also of collection, production and logistics

For some production sectors, the attempted sale process is strongly intertwined with other processes, such as production, raw material collection and logistics.

At Granlatte, the Granarolo dealer, the solution for the attempted sale is also integrated with the collection of milk from the various producers.

At Arborea, on the other hand, the attempted sales solution is integrated with the logistics and storage processes, as well as being accompanied by the paperless module.

Integrating payment activities into the sales process through the use of portable POS terminals guarantees speed for the salesperson and additional reliability for the customer.

The architecture of the solutions is thus enriched with an additional element that enables direct dialogue with the external server of any banking service provider.

The modern attempted sale is moving more and more quickly from reordering and fiscal management operations to marketing and point-of-sale relations.
