The DNA of Granarolo is that of a supply chain company, used to thinking collectively and seeing itself as part of a system that brings together many players: the agricultural world, industry, distributors, consumers, and the local area. The project developed with Aton reflects this identity and builds on our constant focus on quality and innovation.

We discovered that the platform offered greater potential than we had expected, which we have already begun to harness to extend existing processes and implement them in areas where they were previously absent.

We manage over 16,000 items, including finished products, ingredients, and packaging. This information comes from internal company stakeholders rather than external sources. It is the set of information we need to track that flows through various company functions, including suppliers, management control, and administration.

Thanks to .one we are closer to the environment, avoiding waste: from paper right through to the products themselves, to everyone’s benefit.

The new solution makes it possible not only to manage orders and deliveries, but also to collect, process, and monitor valuable information for profiling and mapping customers operating in the HoReCa sector.

Investing in digital innovation with Aton has helped the company optimise the sales process of 4 million kilograms of short shelf-life products during 2024, contributing to the reduction of food waste.

We are very satisfied: we are seeing significant time savings in inventory management and logistics operations, and we have proper control over our distribution channels.
