Fassa Bortolo chooses Aton’s mobile CRM


A solution designed for Fassa Bortolo’s Top Managers and their over 300 Sales reps to on-the-move support their various approving workflows

Fassa Bortolo, historic brand in the Italian building world and among the best-known at an international level, has adopted the CRM mobile solution developed by Aton to optimize their administrative and sales processes.

The application allows Sales reps and Fassa Bortolo’s Head Office staff to consult and manage on their iPads all the information necessary to govern relationships with customers: besides traditional sales functionalities like product, price or customized discount visualization, payment situation, sales volume statistics, proceeds and order history data, the solution allows multi-level management of approving workflows, for example credit extension requests or special price concessions.
