A long-established international brand in the construction industry has adopted the Mobile CRM solution developed by Aton to streamline its administrative and sales processes.
The solution designed for Top Managers and for the more than 300 Fassa Bortolo sales agents to support the various approval workflows while on the move.
The application enables Fassa Bortolo’s agents and head office staff to consult and manage all the key information for handling customer relationships directly on iPad. In addition to traditional sales management functions such as viewing products, prices and customised discounts, monitoring payments, analysing turnover statistics, tracking collections and accessing order history, the solution also allows for multi-level management of approval workflows, for example credit extension requests or the granting of special prices.
The constant communication between head office and agents, who send and receive information in real time, makes it possible to improve the quality of customer relations and service, while reducing internal administrative processing times.
The solution was created by Aton by working closely with agents in the field to understand how they operate – often standing, in outdoor environments such as construction sites and building material suppliers – where it is crucial to have access to a simple application that enables sensitive procedures such as price definition or credit extension requests to be carried out in just a few intuitive steps, ensuring continuity of operations even in the event of connectivity loss.
