Aton’s B2B e-commerce platform, .onSales B2B , is increasingly becoming a true “digital space” where customers and the company can interact, accessing personalised content and viewing the information most relevant to them.
As part of a continuous effort to improve customer service, businesses are producing more and more multimedia content to promote their products and brand image. Alongside this comes the more “administrative” side of things, such as delivery notes, invoices, contracts, and various other documents.
Aware that making this content available in an organised way is essential to ensure customers can make the most of it, we have enhanced our portal with a new “Materials” section. This brings the total to three dedicated areas where digital content is grouped according to its type and purpose.
Content related to a specific product is displayed within a rich and dynamic Product Detail section, which hosts a wide range of information: descriptive details, product sheets, safety or quality data sheets, commercial brochures, packaging specifications and shipping options, as well as external resources such as social media links.
When content is not related to a specific product but is more general in nature, we have created a dedicated section within the customer area where Materials can be organised in a structured folder system.
Users can filter visible content using a text search or by selecting a “material type” filter, allowing them to easily access the resources they need: price lists, catalogues, manuals, promotional materials or flyers for specific canvassing campaigns, and even point-of-sale materials such as window decals, displays, and more.
All commercial agreements — for which customer acknowledgement can be collected directly through the portal — as well as all transactional materials related to operations, such as orders, invoices, and delivery notes, are housed in a dedicated Documents area.
Thanks to these three sections of the .onSales B2B portal, digital content can be made available in a simple and organised way, making it easier for users to access and use the resources they need.
