Tecnica & Safilo Projects at IT4Fashion2017

The start of IT4Fashion, reference event for the fashion-luxury industry in the Information Technology field, is only a few hours away. Many leading brands will take part as guest speakers to contribute their own experience: among them two of our customers, Tecnica Group and Safilo Group.

Brands like Luxottica, Coin Group  and Stefanel have already participated in this event in the past, presenting their innovative projects, realised together with Aton, on sellout data collection, retail management and tool & IT Service outsourcing, to provide support to showroom and store sales.
On Wednesday 19/04 at 12.00 pm Tecnica Group will present “An Intelligent Solution for Sportswear Multichannel Sales” in the person of Cristiano Simonetto, Group Digital & IT Director.
In this session the new solution for sales will be introduced: a single tool, accessible, even in offline mode, from any modern browser (PC, tablet, smartphone) without having to install any application, and which Tecnica has decided to adopt for their Sales reps and retailers. The project belongs to a product roadmap, aiming at a cross-platform omnichannel system acting as CRM, e-commerce B2B and information collector and taking into consideration the peculiarities of every country where it is used.
On Thursday 20/04 at 12.00 pm it will be Alberto Fratantonio’s, Head of SMILE Safilo Group (VMI & Category Management), turn to present “Smile: Data at the service of a more sustainable business”.
SMILE is the project developed by Safilo with the aim to manage auto-replenishment, improve service levels and reduce supply chain complexity by creating together with their customers (wholesalers) a joint business plan. In order to allow SMILE development in the various channels, Safilo has revised and boosted their algorithm and, thanks to Aton’s “Data as a Service”, a blend of human (Aton ServiceDesk) and technological elements (Aton Modelling Platform software), has standardised their data flows for sales, stock, shipment, and order & reception confirmations with their points of sale.
