I am trying, in life and on LinkedIn, to cultivate a community of people with whom I share some values that are fundamental and indispensable to me.
Nurturing relationships requires listening, trust and feedback to be deepened individually, person by person, day by day. These are challenging, sometimes tiring actions, but I am convinced that they are worth it and that it is beautiful just to commit to the journey.

When I meet new ‘valuable companions’, I celebrate because the more we are, the more we can accelerate the changes. The last opportunity to celebrate came on Friday, 15 July, the day of our annual summer meeting, during which we presented our achievements in the first half of the year.
Since January 2022 23 new atonpeople with an average age of 25 years have come on board.
In Aton, 17 languages are spoken and our people belong to 14 different nationalities.
Turnover soars to 9.898k€ (+31% YoY), EBITDA to 1.056k€ (+381%), order backlog even to 13.794k€ (+99%).
I am happy and proud of the appreciation received from our customers and the work done by the atonpeople.
These three KPIs are enough to sum up the market’s appreciation of our offer and our organisation’s ability to execute, even at a time made terribly complex by factors beyond our control such as the war in Ukraine, Covid, inflation and difficulties in hardware supplies.
Choices and investments are producing benefits even beyond the targets and, believe me, this is just the beginning…
