I am Alice, class of 1991, Multilanguage Service Desk Specialist 1st level and proud to be part of Aton since September 2020, always passionate about languages and cultures. An amateur writer and inveterate reader, I travel with my imagination (like a good Disneyan!) as well as for real, because traveling and reading open the mind.
I will tell you about how we use languages on a daily basis at the Service Desk, as well as how we take care of clients (sometimes directly on site, with travel).
