Aton announces the Acquisition of Nexus Informatica


Aton & Nexus Informatica join forces to accelerate market digital revolution

Aton SpA, company providing software solutions and services for multichannel sales, announces the acquisition of Nexus Informatica srl, ICT company from Novara, specialized in mobile solutions for sales networks.

This operation is consistent with Aton Group’s internal and external growth, with a view to expanding the offer dedicated to enterprises by integrating new solutions and blending the experience and competence of the two companies, expert in their field and featuring over 190 Italian professionals.

The strong points of NXI Sales, out-and-out departmental software for sales, are independence from operative system (Android, Apple, Windows) and from the device in use (Smartphone, Tablet, PC) as well as its rapidity in action thanks to the easy integration with the main ERP systems and the numerous connectors already in existence.

NXI incorporates the typical HQ commercial backoffice functions: extension of data, price lists, price and ERP promotions/canvas, order collection via web and a rich statistical and business intelligence section.
