Aton Allspark Ibérica, this is the name of the NewCo based in Barcelona, combines Allspark’s consulting know-how, which since 2008 has been developing projects based on the Cegid Retail unified commerce platform, with Aton’s experience and solutions for retail management and point of sale support.
The NewCo will take over all of Cegid Ibèrica’s current staff and ongoing activities, ensuring continuity and future developments for Spanish and Portuguese retailers, according to a joint market development plan shared with Cegid.

We have therefore decided to join forces to be the reference in the digital transition for Spanish and Portuguese retailers as well” says Nicola Fiore, CEO of Allspark.

The handover from Cegid to NewCo Aton AllSpark Ibérica will take place in April, and to accomplish all the objectives, the Partner Aton Allspark Ibérica will take onboard Cegid staff to ensure the continuity of the service to Iberian retailers.
