Time for evaluation has also come at the end of this so unusual year: a particularly important landmark for Aton is the internal atmosphere questionnaire which, for two years now, we have chosen to manage with the support of Great Place to Work®, consulting company in the Human Resources field and leader in Italy for organizational environment study and analysis.
The Great Place to Work® certification is the outcome of the positive results emerged from the company mood questionnaire which this year has stood out showing a significant increase in Atonpeople’s average opinion data and percentage of those considering Aton an excellent working environment, reaching up to a 85%. The Atonpeople having completed the survey, 90% indeed, have positively expressed themselves on the various study areas, spanning from availability and collaboration with management and colleagues, sense of belonging and pride, to trust, autonomy and credibility.
