Aton has been recognized as a quality workplace and has thus become part of the international community of companies certified by Great Place to Work®, a global research, consulting and training company with specific expertise in the study and analysis of the organizational environment.
In November 2018, Aton asked its employees to participate in the Great Place to Work® survey, which asked over sixty questions that focused on people in their relationship with management, their work and their colleagues, to provide a qualitative assessment in five dimensions: cohesion, respect, fairness, pride and credibility.
Great Place To Work® defines a great workplace as one in which employees trust the people they work with, are proud of what they do and enjoy working.
“Since 2004, we have been conducting an annual anonymous internal climate survey to enable “atonpeople” to freely provide their perceptions of their work environment and how it can be improved to positively influence their day-to-day work. This year we decided to take a step further, be evaluated according to the parameters of a company specializing in this field and measure ourselves with the outside world,” says Giorgio De Nardi, Founder & CEO of Aton SpA.
“Aton has distinguished itself for the special team spirit that is created among the “atonpeople”. Trust in people develops autonomy and responsibility, the right orientation of the company towards ethics and competence. This is confirmed by the fact that the average number of opinions of Aton’s employees has, in some cases, been even higher than the best examples of excellence found by Great Place to Work in recent years, at regional and national level and in the specific sector of Information Technology where Aton has been working for over 30 years.” says Filippo Dal Fiore, Consultant Great Place to Work®.
This certification process is part of a series of initiatives and projects that aim to focus on the “atonpeople“: from the work model based on self-organization (Teal Organization) in comfortable and bright spaces that encourage sharing between colleagues, to continuous training oriented by a holistic approach, to moments of celebration, fun and sharing, to the search for the balance between private life and work through smart working.
