Erika Rivis

I’m Erika, and anyone who knows me knows that if I don’t have everything under control, I’m not at ease :-) I see myself as an organised person, and that’s certainly thanks to the years I’ve spent in the Finance Team, where I work across administration, accounting and compliance in various areas (ISO 27001, GDPR, and the 231 Organisational Model).

My goal is to analyse even the most complex processes and turn them into practical solutions—making everyone’s work smoother and more efficient, and freeing up time and space for real value.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me out on long walks to switch off from the daily routine and get some fresh air… or in the kitchen experimenting with desserts for my family—because, let’s face it, a good dessert can make any day better!

Through my content, I’d like to share the values that connect me to Aton, offer practical insights and tips, and convey the curiosity and passion we bring to what we do every day.
