Aton Group keeps growing year after year, just like our solution and service offer. We have increasingly been feeling the need to create spaces in which to co-work in a more agile way, favouring idea exchange, essential in a Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS) Company like ours.
And it is precisely in this direction that, after a few months’ assessment, project development with experts and conversations with AtonPeople, we have started to reorganize the spaces in which to share success, challenges, personal and professional satisfactions.
- We have started from Aton’s heart: the place where our software is produced and our multilingual services provided to so many countries all over the world, and have created more open, comfortable and airy spaces, as well as workstations that facilitate group-work while respecting private areas, with a focus on smart working.
- Second intervention target: Aton’s Meeting Point, relational core of our Company.
A new area (name yet to be confirmed), more spacious and welcoming, where AtonPeople can meet for a coffee, enjoy lunch together, celebrate birthdays and important events. Moreover, various meeting rooms have been created in different sizes, ready to host briefings with Clients, study prospects, update teams…
- Third point, invisible but not less important: migration of our IT infrastructure to cloud.
This move goes hand in hand with our scalability strategy in IT support services to Clients, together with an offer increasingly oriented to Software as a Service.
Work is still in progress, but there is already something new in the air!!
