The first half of 2025 marked an extraordinary milestone for us: Aton Allspark Ibérica recorded a +69% increase compared with the same period last year. This is a result that fills us with enthusiasm and confirms the increasingly strategic role that the Aton Group is securing within the European digital retail landscape.
This performance was driven by new projects launched with international brands in the fashion, beauty, footwear and furniture sectors, within a favourable macroeconomic context: Spain continues to stand out as one of Europe’s most dynamic economies, with GDP growth since 2024.
Together with Aton Allspark Ibérica we have quadrupled orders, secured new agreements and launched numerous large-scale international projects:
By strengthening its presence in the European retail market, Aton Allspark Ibérica is giving fresh momentum to the Aton Group’s international expansion strategy.
After years of growth in the Italian market, our Group has set itself a clear goal: to accelerate expansion abroad. Although the first half of 2025 brought a slight slowdown in Italy, we remain strongly committed to investing, research and development, and the strengthening of our expertise.
To support this evolution, we are strengthening our consulting team and training new digital specialists through the atonAcademy: in the first half of 2025, the number of atonpeople reached 280, including 120 professionals who provide daily support to stores worldwide. At the same time, we are pressing ahead with determination on the path of strategic acquisitions, as we did earlier this year with Teksmar.
At the heart of our expansion into new horizons lies .one, the new omnichannel, modular software platform powered by artificial intelligence, designed to support brands in the integrated management of their retail ecosystems.
All these efforts are guided by a clear ambition: to strengthen our international presence and drive ever deeper vertical specialisation, capable of generating real value in the markets where we serve.
In a hyper-connected world, what really matters is the ability to be present, knowledgeable and responsive. Our CEO, Giorgio De Nardi, states that these are the very pillars on which our strategy is built: investing in expertise and innovation, supporting clients wherever they are, and consolidating the role of Aton Allspark Ibérica as a specialist partner in fashion and retail.
Among the most requested services chosen by our clients are those with the highest added value: the multilingual service desk, available in 14 languages, the sell-out service, RFID-based traceability solutions, and application consulting on the Cegid platform, which was recently recognised as the global leader in mobile POS.
Aton Allspark Ibérica was founded in 2021 from the merger between Aton and Allspark, a Milan-based consultancy with offices in Barcelona and a presence in Madrid, Seville and Porto. It is a project we launched in the midst of lockdown, at a time of great uncertainty, but one that from the very beginning embodied our vision.
Today, this joint venture represents a key strength of the Group: a flexible, distributed network of professionals working remotely across Italy, Spain and Portugal. A model that perfectly reflects who we are: a contemporary tech company with an international vocation.
