Receipt disputes are a particularly relevant issue in large-scale and organised retail. With .one Retail, this process is efficiently managed by entering the incorrect amount, receiving an automatic indication of the refund due, and choosing the refund method (coupon or cash). In such a delicate situation, the platform also simplifies customer lookup through multiple options: receipt data, name, or loyalty card.
Finally, the gift card process is also centrally managed within our suite.
The system covers the entire flow – from code generation for the production of physical cards (definition of type, circulation rules, usage modes, personalisation, etc.) to the consultation of usage data, both at head office and store level (value, block status, current status, and full transaction history).
