.one Retail, as a single platform for store management, offers a complete set of solutions for loyalty, promotions and gift cards.

It addresses the need to unify B2C customer data through centralised management of promotional initiatives – configurable even at individual store level – and supports omnichannel marketing analysis of consumer behaviour. By streamlining time and management costs, it enhances the customer experience with fast, seamless operations, digital services and multichannel access (app, web, in-store).

.one Retail: the loyalty module

The full online loyalty module has enabled the integrated management of customer loyalty programmes and B2C apps for over 20 years.

Fully integrated with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe and Loyal Guru, it includes all the core features for managing both physical and digital cards for B2C and B2B customers: activation, blocking/unblocking, replacements, transaction tracking – down to the device used by the customer and the individual receipt line.

It offers dashboards to monitor all customer activities, registration methods, access to various services (e-commerce, self-shopping, website, B2C app, automatic invoice generation based on receipts…), and a full history of profile updates made by or for the user.

The solution also includes a dedicated iOS and Android B2C app, available on major app stores, providing customers with instant access to all brand services and personalised interactions.

The loyalty module also includes cluster management, featuring:

  • automatic customer assignment to one or more segments, with customisable duration
  • the ability to create linked user groups for point and coupon sharing (e.g. families, companies)
  • customer clustering through filter-based rule definitions (dynamic clusters, e.g. birthday, age, etc.)

The promotion engine

The integrated promotion configuration system within .one Retail enables:

  • creation of mass-market, personalised, or customer cluster-specific promotions
  • use of pre-defined promotion templates to streamline the creation of new campaigns
  • automatic detection and notification of promotional conflicts
  • management of agreements with external companies
  • generation of coupons triggered by promotional events and/or customer claims

.one Retail and receipt disputes

Receipt disputes are a particularly relevant issue in large-scale and organised retail. With .one Retail, this process is efficiently managed by entering the incorrect amount, receiving an automatic indication of the refund due, and choosing the refund method (coupon or cash). In such a delicate situation, the platform also simplifies customer lookup through multiple options: receipt data, name, or loyalty card.

Centralised gift card management with .one Retail

Finally, the gift card process is also centrally managed within our suite.

The system covers the entire flow – from code generation for the production of physical cards (definition of type, circulation rules, usage modes, personalisation, etc.) to the consultation of usage data, both at head office and store level (value, block status, current status, and full transaction history).

A key integration is the revenue reconciliation logic between affiliated stores: those issuing the gift card and those accepting it as a method of payment.
