Are you passionate about digital transformation and project management in a dynamic international context?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona and contribute to innovative retail projects across Southern Europe.
As Project Manager, you will ensure the effective management of our client projects, from planning to delivery, coordinating cross, functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
The Role:
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, budget, and SLAs.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Support pre-sales activities, preparing and validating technical proposals.
- Organize and lead project kick-offs, developing detailed project plans shared with clients.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation and oversee testing, reporting, and change requests.
- Manage project closure activities and ensure continuous process improvement.
Requisiti
You’re the right fit if you have:
- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in software or digital solutions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with collaboration and office productivity software.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Retail / Fashion industry.
- Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies.
