Un conocimiento que pertenece al agente, no a la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando cambia de zona, cuando deja la empresa, cuando enferma, ese conocimiento desaparece con \u00e9l. El cliente que lleva a\u00f1os en la empresa se encuentra empezando de cero con un nuevo interlocutor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El dato que nunca vuelve a la sede<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el sector de las bebidas, la red de ventas genera cada d\u00eda una cantidad significativa de <strong>informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: cu\u00e1ntas cajas ha pedido el restaurante, qu\u00e9 promoci\u00f3n ha aceptado, qu\u00e9 ha rechazado y por qu\u00e9, qu\u00e9 productos de la competencia tiene en la barra.
