There comes a point in everyone\u2019s professional journey when you feel the need to move from knowing<\/strong> to doing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

That is exactly where Stage 2 of .atonAcademy, the \u201cWorkshop\u201d<\/strong>, comes in: our training programme designed for people who genuinely want to understand what working in the tech industry involves.<\/p>\n

Following the success of previous editions, this year the Workshop returns with a completely new focus: Tech Sales & Business Development<\/strong>, two of the most dynamic and sought-after roles in today\u2019s job market.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s start from the beginning<\/strong><\/h2>\n

.atonAcademy began with a free training cluster<\/strong> consisting of nine online modules designed to provide a clear, practical introduction to B2B Tech Sales.<\/p>\n

Each module was created to deliver value from day one, combining practical exercises with certifications that participants can add to their professional profile.<\/p>\n

Now the real work begins: the .atonAcademy 2025 Workshop<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We selected 15 young talents and experienced professionals<\/strong> from across Italy.<\/p>\n

Over the next six weeks<\/strong>, they will work side by side with our Masters and industry experts on real-life projects, gaining first-hand experience of the day-to-day challenges involved in selling digital solutions to major customers around the world.<\/p>\n

But why do we call it a \u201cWorkshop\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because we like the idea of going back to the roots of learning a craft.<\/p>\n

Our Workshop draws inspiration from the spirit of the Renaissance<\/strong>, a period of extraordinary creative and cultural energy. Back then, young apprentices learned their craft directly from the Masters, developing their skills through observation and hands-on practice.<\/p>\n

Today, together with Guilds42<\/a>, we have reimagined this approach for a contemporary digital environment<\/strong>: during the Workshop, participants work alongside Aton professionals and industry mentors on real projects.<\/p>\n

The Masters of .atonAcademy 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Leading this year\u2019s Workshop are Alessandro Landi<\/a> and Federico Cammarata<\/a>, atonpeople from our Sales and Business Development teams.<\/p>\n

Alongside them, participants can rely on the support of industry experts and professional coaches such as Gaspare Civiero<\/a> \u2014 Founder & CEO of Delivera and host of the Sales Excellence Podcast \u2014 and Moira Casonatto<\/a>, Executive Life & Business Coach, as well as taking part in weekly opportunities for discussion and feedback.<\/p>\n
