Attention to accountability, segregation of duties, traceability of decisions, and open dialogue across functions have long been part of how we work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"834\">This process has allowed us to take a further step: making explicit, structured and shared what until now has largely lived within our culture and day-to-day practices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1309\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A key element of assurance, for both us and our stakeholders, is the appointment of the <strong data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"969\">Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) &#8211; <\/strong>an independent body responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and continuous update of the 231 Model. Through ongoing control, monitoring and dialogue with the organisation, the Supervisory Body promotes continuous improvement of the safeguards in place, helping to strengthen a culture of responsibility and risk prevention.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Code of Ethics: values that guide our decisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"226\">The <strong data-start=\"60\" data-end=\"78\">Code of Ethics<\/strong> <strong>lies at the heart of the 231 Model<\/strong> and encapsulates the values that guide Aton: legality, transparency, respect, responsibility and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"426\">It applies to everyone who works with and for Aton &#8211; <strong data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"328\">atonpeople, suppliers, partners and customers &#8211; <\/strong>and defines the framework for everyday behaviour, as well as internal and external relationships.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"834\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">It is a living, evolving tool, designed to guide decisions even in the most complex situations, where choices are not straightforward and require a balance between innovation, effectiveness and responsibility. In this way, ethics becomes a daily reference point, embedded in our corporate culture, enabling us to act consistently and responsibly towards people, customers, partners and the wider community.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A starting point, not a finish line<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"40\" data-end=\"314\">The adoption of the <strong data-start=\"60\" data-end=\"73\">231 Model<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"100\">Code of Ethics<\/strong> marks an important milestone\u2014but not a final one.<br data-start=\"150\" data-end=\"153\" \/>It is the <strong>beginning of a journey<\/strong> that requires constant attention, training, listening and continuous updating, evolving alongside Aton and its governance tools.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"474\">This path strengthens our identity and helps us create long-term, sustainable value &#8211; protecting the company, its people, and all the stakeholders we work
