Aton continues to grow<\/strong> and strengthen its digital innovation ecosystem for businesses. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our group, made up of Blue Mobility<\/a> (IT solutions for logistics and SME sales networks) e Aton AllSpark Iberica<\/a> (a Spanish joint venture between Aton and Allspark, specialising in fashion retail), is expanding further with the addition of\u00a0Teksmar<\/strong>, an Umbrian company led by Firmano Proietti Righi<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the year, we acquired a 30% stake in Teksmar<\/strong>, a business that for over twenty years has focused on IT and digital solutions for retail commercial processes. <\/span>The company offers a web-based software platform designed to support operational management, organisational efficiency and technological enablement for retail and wholesale enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n

This alliance is built around a clear objective: <\/span>to accelerate business growth for retail companies <\/span><\/strong>by offering an advanced technological ecosystem based on cloud<\/strong>, artificial intelligence<\/strong> and deep expertise in the processes<\/strong> that define the distribution sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The result? <\/span>Greater efficiency, quality and sustainability <\/span><\/strong>and therefore <\/span>profitability<\/span><\/strong> across sales processes<\/strong>, both in physical stores and online.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Aton and Teksmar: a powerful synergy<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Digitalising major retailers requires investment, scale and skilled resources capable of competing with large international groups. In this context, Italian IT companies<\/strong> \u2014 most of which are SMEs \u2014 must join forces and work in harmony to offer retailers the very best of their solutions<\/strong>: integrated, innovative and ready to use.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With our entry into Teksmar, our group has taken another strategic step towards achieving the target of \u20ac50 million in revenue by 2027<\/strong>. The agreement includes the appointment of an Aton representative to Teksmar\u2019s Board of Directors and a call option that will allow us to increase our shareholding by 2028, enabling us to consolidate its results in our accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of our expertise and solutions<\/strong> enables us to offer, through the .one<\/strong> omnichannel platform<\/a>, a complete ecosystem for consumer goods companies<\/a><\/strong> across both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) channels. This spans food distribution as well as a wide range of product categories such as body & house care, household goods, clothing, sporting goods, DIY and electronics. We support the entire value chain of the order-to-cash cycle: from the centralisation of commercial and administrative processes to sales management, from loyalty management to couponing, from e-commerce to the digitalisation of the supply chain.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to this synergy, we can provide retailers with innovative tools<\/strong> for product lifecycle management, automated replenishment, goods traceability and the optimisation of in-store distribution. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, our AI-driven approach<\/strong> enhances several key processes, including document management<\/a>, with advanced functions for invoice reconciliation, order entry<\/a> and user support. These capabilities make it possible to process images, audio files and messages coming from unstructured channels such as WhatsApp, e-mail and Excel.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have also long been investing in an R&D programme dedicated to AI (artificial intelligence) and AR (augmented reality)<\/a>, with a specialised team that will now work in close collaboration with Teksmar.<\/p>\n
