The ones that truly allow us to take care of people, the relationships we build, and the ecosystem around us?<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>What being a Great Place to Work\u00ae truly means for us<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.it\/scheda_azienda\/aton-spa-societa-benefit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Being a Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/a> means building, every day, an environment where each colleague can and wants to give their best \u2014 finding joy in what they do, believing in the Aton project, feeling recognised, and continuously evolving.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/aton.com\/en\/aton-certified-great-place-to-work-for-the-fifth-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2023<\/a>, we set ourselves <strong>two<\/strong> clear <strong>goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to keep the average <strong>satisfaction score above 85%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>to ensure that <strong>90%<\/strong> of Atonpeople consider <strong>Aton \u201c<em>an excellent place to work<\/em>\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2025, <strong>95% of Atonpeople chose to take part in the survey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The results show that the <strong>goals<\/strong> we had set were not only achieved, but <strong>surpassed,<\/strong> with performance exceeding benchmark levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>Trust Index rose to 86%<\/strong>\u00a0(+5 compared to 2023)<\/li>\n<li><strong>90%<\/strong>\u00a0of Atonpeople consider\u00a0<strong>Aton \u201c<em>an excellent place to work<\/em>\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>+4 points<\/strong> compared with the <strong>IT sector<\/strong> average<\/li>\n<li><strong>+1 point<\/strong> compared with the average of the <strong>Best Workplaces<\/strong> in our category<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/aton.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Slide15.jpg\" alt=\"Great Place to Work 2025 - Aton\" width=\"1044\" height=\"587\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But it is not just these numbers that make us smile.<\/p>\n<p>The survey highlighted several <strong>cross-cutting themes of strong positivity<\/strong>, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>leadership<\/strong> style centred on <strong>listening<\/strong> and <strong>human values<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>a high level of <strong>autonomy<\/strong> and <strong>accountability<\/strong> at every level<\/li>\n<li><strong>genuine relationships<\/strong>, with teams that learn from one another, listen, and collaborate<\/li>\n<li>a perceived <strong>authenticity<\/strong> in the company\u2019s social mission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among the most frequently recurring words in the comments were <em>\u201clistening\u201d, \u201ctrust\u201d, \u201cauthenticity\u201d,<\/em> and <em>&#8220;care&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Some people wrote:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<em>The working environment is excellent in many respects, with altruism, empathy, and synchronicity standing out. We support one another, always encouraging everyone to give their best, whatever their role, because we all recognise each other as equals. There is also plenty of support and flexibility for new parents.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The truly authentic spirit of collaboration and the sense of teamwork are exceptional; there is a real perception that the company genuinely cares about doing good and making a positive impact, first and foremost for all of us and for those around us [\u2026]<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The opportunities for professional and personal growth. The autonomy and responsibility entrusted to each individual. The leadership\u2019s focus on growth and change.<\/em>\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>These are the signs that tell us <strong>we are moving in the right direction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How we became a Great Place to Work for the sixth year running<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At the heart of our sixth certification as a Great Place to Work\u00ae lies a clear direction: promoting a n<a href=\"https:\/\/aton.com\/en\/sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ew way of doing business<\/a>.<br \/>\nA way where <strong>people are at the centre<\/strong> and where <strong>hierarchy is replaced by the desire to create a true \u201cwe\u201d<\/strong>, driven by awareness and commitment from everyone.<\/p>\n<p>This is why we have adopted a model based on <strong>self-organisation<\/strong>: each team works with a high degree of autonomy, takes shared decisions, and actively contributes to the bigger picture.<\/p>\n<p>There are no top-down commands, but <strong>enabling environments<\/strong> where everyone is free to bring value.<\/p>\n<p>This vision is also the reason why, in 2021, we became a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aton.com\/en\/aton-becomes-benefit-corporation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Benefit Corporation<\/a><\/strong> and in 2023 we achieved <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aton.com\/en\/community-b-corp-benefit-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B Corp certification<\/a><\/strong>, embedding in our Articles of Association objectives that concern not only business, but also social, environmental, and economic impact.<\/p>\n<p>Because for us, profit is a means, and the goal is broader prosperity: made of genuine wellbeing, healthy relationships, meaningful work, and balance.<\/p>\n<p>Every Atonperson has their own development path, and we build it together through regular one-to-one meetings with Team Leaders, the support of our Professional Coach, guidance sessions, and constant feedback. On this basis, we design <strong>personalised growth paths<\/strong> that combine technical skills, soft skills, and personal development.<\/p>\n<p>Through the <strong>Train the Trainer programme<\/strong>, we certify our internal Trainers and foster peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, creating widespread, horizontal, and accessible learning for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>With the <strong>Coaches\u2019 Gym<\/strong>, we support every Team Leader on their journey towards generative leadership, built on listening, mentoring, and facilitation.<\/p>\n<p>To guide us, <strong>we use OKRs<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Objectives and Key Results<\/em>: clear, shared goals, visible to all. They help us stay on track, work with greater awareness, and make better decisions. Every team knows where it is heading.
