This meant that even if the order contained mistakes or vague descriptions, the system could still suggest the correct item \u2014 and even offer suitable alternatives.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The advantages for the business<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Thanks to this innovation, staff could focus on validating orders, <strong>reducing errors<\/strong> and<strong> increasing efficiency<\/strong>. What was once a manual, error-prone process became fast and reliable.<\/p>\n<p>And so, the company turned a challenge into an opportunity \u2014 <strong>improving business performance<\/strong> and <strong>delighting its customers<\/strong>.
