The Great Place to Work\u00ae\u00a0certification <\/b>is the outcome of the positive results emerged from the company mood questionnaire which this year has stood out showing a significant increase in Atonpeople\u2019s average opinion data and percentage of those considering Aton an excellent working environment, reaching up to a 85%. The Atonpeople having completed the survey, 90% indeed, have positively expressed themselves on the various study areas, spanning from availability and collaboration with management and colleagues, sense of belonging and pride, to trust, autonomy and credibility.<\/p>\n
